 Quiznos® Sub #3447
This Quiznos was notable for two things: 1. They were playing some Ray Charles song I'd never heard, and I actually liked it. 2. They seemed more interested in selling me a Quiznos than a meal. With propaganda all over the store on how Quiznos is a goldmine franchise opportunity, I couldn't escape the feeling that I was eating in a real estate office as opposed to a restaurant. Pamphlets next to the drink machine, signs on the wall, announcements over Quiznos Radio™, ad copy on the f'n cup – all of these imploring me to consider investing in my very own Quiznos. However, instead of buying a Quiznos, I bought a Chicken Carbonara sandwich with chips and a drink. It was tasty, sure, but that meal had enough carbs to strangulate Robert DeNiro.
