 Potbelly Sandwich Works
I have to hand it to the crew at this Potbelly, located in the center of Chicago's second-banana airport, Midway. Despite an exponentially larger number of patrons and a steadier stream of business, they manage to be faster and more efficient than the Potbelly near my home, with only a few more hands on deck. How do they do it? They have heart. I got an Italian to eat on the plane … oof, wait, that sounded like something out of an Emanuelle movie. Ah, I guess I'll just leave it at that.
