The only intriguing element of this film is the concept: a group of legendary heroes (Allan Quartermain, the Invisible Man, Dorian Gray, Tom Sawyer, Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde, Captain Nemo, and Dracula's lover Mina Harker) band together to stop the Phantom from taking over the world.

There's lots of cool set design, fair-to-middlin' FX, and an exceptional amount of bad acting and terrible dialogue.

Extraordinary? Extraordinarily bor-ing!
